I've been watching Japanese TV shows recently and learning so many SIMPLE habits, yet
giving us AMAZING benefits!

This is one of my favorite ones.

1 Table spoon of VINEGAR a DAY!!

How easy it is!! AND here is THE LIST of AWESOME benefitS;

  • Improves Skin Health. 
  • Reduces Blood Pressure. 
  • Boosts Gut Health.

THE BEST way to take vinegar is to sprinkle it over your food.

A very famous Japanese singer, Aki Yashiro, who is 67yr old, 
ALWAYS brings her vinegar bottle with her and
sprinkle it over almost EVERYthing

She says she NEVER gets sick and her skin condition is GREAT!!

I DEFINITELY copy her vinegar habit and become HEALTHIER!!


VERY IMPORTANT note:

....so I started "drink" vinegar and started having sensitive teeth... @_@
I researched why, doubting it might be "vinegar" was causing it,

and YES...This blog explains WHY well.

The way Aki Yashiro takes vinegar is CORRECT.
Vinegar SHOULD be taken with FOOD, NOT drink like I did!!
