I came across this book, MIRACLE OF ARIGATOU by SEIKAN KOBAYASHI.
while ago, and started saying "ARIGATOU" like chanting spell.😄

In this book, he says IF you say "ARIGATOU" 25,000 times,
SOME MIRACLE happens.

BUT, IF you complain/whine/say nagative stuff, the count goes back to ZERO.👀

YET, there is A WAY to prevent that, AS SOON AS you complain/whine/say nagative stuff,
just say, " NO NO NO! It was NOT true! I didn't mean it!" That's it!!


It seems too crazy, YET, here's VERY interesting EXPERIMENT by MASARU EMOTO that proves POSITIVE words DO have MAGICAL power,
which explains WHY saying "ARIGATOU"(Thank YOU!) many many times
attract MIRACLE.


IKEA also did AMAZING experiment to PROVE the words we say DO have
STRONG power....


Our body contains around 60-70% water, so, IF YOU say POSITIVE words
ALL the time, you know for sure that YOUR body would become HEALTHY!

Weekday Vegetarian! - Unexpected AMAZING benefit #1

So. It's been almost 1 YEAR (woo! hoo!) being
 Weekday Vegetarian
and I keep counting MANY unexpected BENEFIT!!

My MOST favorite effect is 
 
I feel HAPPIER. 

I know! it sounds so UNrealistic, but YES. TRUE.
I'm not sure if it's because I am NOT taking the pain, fearful spirit 
from the meat; when the animal get KILLED, they FEEL all kinds of pain, fear...

Ok, I STILL eat animal produce/meat once in a while, 
yet REDUCING meat is giving me such an AMAZING effect; 
Being HAPPIER!!

I am TRULY GRATEFUL those AWESOME movies and TED talk 
are sharing SO MANY information to HELP PEOPLE live
