As a bargain lover, I just can't help buying bulk to save money and
turmeric was one of those bulk buys...
Sure I was not thinking HOW to use this amazing turmeric THIS much...lol
Luckily,
one of my friends happened to drink GOLDEN MILK and
told me about it, I started to research the recipe/benefit.

Turmeric is generally a very safe ingredient.
Yet, here are some specific situations that require extra attention
before using turmeric:
• Eating turmeric in foods is safe during pregnancy, but turmeric supplements may not be.
• Those with gallbladder problems might find that turmeric exacerbates them.
• Turmeric might slow blood clotting, so those with bleeding problems or an upcoming surgery should be cautious.
• Curcumin might decrease blood sugar in diabetics.
• High amounts of turmeric might affect iron absorption.
• Turmeric might decrease testosterone levels and sperm movement, which could affect fertility.
• High levels of turmeric might increase the production of stomach acid, which could be problematic for those with reflux or ulcers.
Here's my recipe! Enjoy!
1. Turmeric powder 1(1/4cup): Water 2(1/2cup) over the medium heat,
cook about 10minutes. Make paste-like consistency. IF it gets too dry, you can add more water. You can keep this in a refrigerator for 2weeks.
2. Warm up some PLANT-base milk; Soy milk, rice milk, coconut milk, almond milk..etc. Use your cup to major how much you want to drink. ;)
3. Add 1 teaspoon of Turmeric paste from 1, black pepper(MUST, to boost turmeric's benefit), cinnamon, ginger, coconut oil. If you wanna make it sweet, you can add some maple syrup.
4. ENJOY!!
Tip: I highly recommend using glass cookingwear, since turmeric is VERY good at dying stuff! lol
